Terms and Conditions:
1. Scope of Services
Pit Albert Visuals (“the Videographer”) provides professional videography and video editing services. Services may include filming, editing, post-production, and delivery of final video content as agreed in individual project proposals or contracts.
2. Project Proposals and Agreements
All projects are confirmed through a written agreement or quotation. Any changes to the scope, schedule, or deliverables must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit of (usually 30%) is (sometimes) required to confirm the booking.
Remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final video.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
Late payments may incur additional fees or project delays.
4. Delivery and Turnaround
Estimated delivery dates are provided per project.
While Pit Albert Visuals strives to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
Rush requests may incur additional charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate project information, materials, and access to locations.
Ensuring proper permissions for locations, and other arrangements needed for shooting the video.
Responding to feedback requests in a timely manner to avoid delays.
6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All videos, raw footage, and materials remain the intellectual property of Pit Albert Visuals unless otherwise agreed.
Clients receive usage rights for the delivered video as outlined in the contract (e.g., social media, promotional use).
Any redistribution, resale, or modification beyond the agreed usage rights requires explicit written permission.
7. Liability
Pit Albert Visuals is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Liability for direct damages is limited to the total fee paid for the project.
Pit Albert Visuals is not responsible for any content provided by the client, including copyright issues.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Projects canceled after the deposit is paid are non-refundable.
Cancellation terms for confirmed projects are specified in the contract or quotation.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data provided by clients is handled according to GDPR regulations.
Contact information may be used to communicate project updates and deliverables only.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from the services provided shall fall under the jurisdiction of Luxembourg courts.
